Habitat: It grows wild in the forests or planted near the fence
Description of the plant: Plants growing annual climbing / twining, heart-shaped leaves, white flowers, bulbous like sweet potatoes. Many are in the forest, sometimes planted in the yard fence.

The traditional recipe:

1. Cough, Sore throat, Hoarseness:
Enough water, Tuber fresh lote upas 8 g; Rhizome kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.) 6 g; 3 pieces of betel leaf; 3 g cardamom pods; contused, Beningan to gargle then drink 2 times a day; morning and afternoon

2. Diphtheria:
Boiled water to 1/4 cup, Fresh tuber lote upas 8 g; shredded Bulbs lote upas; then squeezed with a cloth filter, used to rinse and drink; 2 times a day; each time for adults; 2-3 tablespoons; for children 1 tablespoon; if necessary, can be diluted with boiled water
